Teaching Crowds  Online Distance Education: Towards a Research Agenda 

This 2014 book was edited by Olaf Zawacki-Richter and myself. The book was created by systematically determining the most published topics in distance education and online  research. We then contacted the “biggest research guru” in each field and asked them to summarize developments, issues and challenges related to this research topic.
